Returns & Exchanges

At andsheiscouture, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all couture tags and protective hygiene liners remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
